The days before GPS and other electronic devices were around, a good old paper map was used to track important locations. For National Read a Road Map Day (April 5th), I'm sharing the scene from "The Great Mouse Detective" when Basil pulls out maps to search for waterfront areas of London. Fun Fact: Basil pulls out a clichéd treasure map with the words, "Island of Glendale" pointing to a little piece of land with an 'X' and then it says "Downtown Burbank" on a distant landmark!
