A husband and wife pair, the two are neighbors to Basil and Dawson. The Proudfoots are good friends, a family that Basil knows have very little money to their name. Therefore, their twin daughters were being held captive for something other than wanting hefty amounts of banknotes. Although not much detail is given about them, the two are shown as very loving parents whom are deeply concerned for their missing children.
